Something disgusting, but I think it's really a WARNING sign for me!.. :O
I was doing my "big business" in the toilet yesterday afternoon, and to my horror, there was a lot of blood in my motion. I have never seen so much blood before and it really shocked me a little!.. It was BRIGHT red!
And it was not even constipation!..
But it really "woke" me up, that I MUST really eat BETTER!! and sleep better! More regular meals and more veggie!!..
Hopefully after this last assignment before the term break I can have more rest and time to cook!..
