.. Happy Birthday Elaine ..

I felt really blessed.. loved.. yesterday..
as I celebrated my 28th birthday.
Oops! Now you know how old I am.. :P
Nevermind.. I looked YOUNG can already.. Hoho... :P

Went to service in the morning. What an awesome service it was. Touched by the super tangible presence of God. Serene was sharing with me how good Sat service was, and it just gave me such a strong sense of expectancy for God to move in JW service. As Pastor Kong shared with us on FAITH -- CONFIDENCE, I was just so inspired & renewed in my mind & spirit man once again.

During worship, already was crying buckets. There's just this strong desire in me.. that I really, really want to seek God even more this year. Building the SECRET PLACE I have with Him once again. This confidence in God, over my life, my family, my CG, my ministry, my career, my relationships, my finances, my dreams.. every aspect in fact.. This CONFIDENCE in God that all things that I desire will indeed come to pass as I walk close with Him.

God is a GOOD God. Don't choose to live a life without God. Don't choose to live a life without directions, without purpose, without a vision of where one is going. I feel that is the saddest thing that can happen to anyone.

Don't choose to live a life independent from God. Life is never meant to be lived in this way. Know the truth of the Word of God, and you will be set free.

Choose to live a life for God. Make a decision. A commitment. We are created because of Him. We belonged to Him. And we will live for Him.

Lots of feelings within me. Overwhelmed. Just simply overwhelmed. By God's presence. His love. His power. His glory. His grace is sufficient. His strength.. Even before Pastor Kong laid hands on me, I fell under the strong anointing that was there in that place.

I asked God, for a greater portion of anointing & wisdom this year. I'm not satisfied with where I am, nor am I contended to stay at where I am. I want to move on.. to higher levels.

I feel good. :) This year will be a GREAT year I believe!

Thank you to all the precious people who made time to come to my house & celebrate my birthday with me. It's indeed such a privilege and honor for me. To have these loved ones to make the whole place so "re-nao".

I really had a great time. It was indeed a pleasant surprise. All the people are such great actors & actresses. Especially W116. I was thinking, hmmm.. was that it? So that was all the celebration? Couldn't be leh.. cos they kept talking among themselves.. They think I didn't see, but I very alert one okie.. Ha.. From the start of CGM on Fri, to Sun service. End of service also talking among themselves. Eyebrows raised here & there. Aiyo. Something going on lor! Hee.. Then Shi Fu kept smsing.. Fishy lah.

Then Ah Wen also. Normally when she is going home from JP, she will call me one lor. We will walk home together. But! I called her and she told me she's on her way home already. Hmmm!.. How can it be....

Hee.. Then confirmation lah. Me & Shi Fu were walking along the stretch of road near my block. Then! With my alert-ness! I saw this black car! On the back there's a CHC decal! I saw the Pooh bear. The dog hanging on the rear-view mirror. And! The white shirt hanging inside! I declared: THIS IS VICTORIA'S CAR! Think Shi Fu panic lah.. though she still tried to act cool. Then saw my Da Jie at the lift. Too "qiao" liao lor.. Haha..

Then. Saw the wide spread of food on the table. Definitely there is going to be a lot of people lor. If not, how my family is going to finish the food? My family members are all "small-eaters". :P Haha..

Hee.. True indeed. The people are hiding in my room & ah wen's room. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Wah.. Very stressed leh. Haha.. I cannot take it man.. Last year at chalet. This year my house. Ha.. I have the firm conviction that I'm really not the "BIG-PARTY-kind of person". Haha.. Nevertheless, THANKS A LOT REALLY, EVERYONE! I really really appreciate all that you had done... =..)
